If we knew how being basic could help us stay the course!

•God used spit
•God used 1 person to build a Arch
•A woman used but only her hair, her tears and oil (that was all she had)
God will often times tell you “Go back to the basics”
What that means is, go back to what was working! What made you fruitful? What had you running the race so well? What had you in obedience to his will? What had you on the straight and narrow path where few find!!!
Who needs to hear this? Who needs to know that you don’t have to follow the mass majority who don’t know what they are even doing. All a man’s ways seem right to him!

1 Kings 17: 12-13 (Go read it)
12 “As surely as the Lord your God lives,” she replied, “I don’t have any bread—only a handful of flour in a jar and a little olive oil in a jug. I am gathering a few sticks to take home and make a meal for myself and my son, that we may eat it and die.”
13 Elijah said to her, “Don’t be afraid. Go home and do as you have said. But first make a small loaf of bread for me from what you have and bring it to me, and then make something for yourself and your son.
God’s Basic is not mans basic!!! Gods basic is taking Elijah with a stuttering problem and using him to lead Gods Chosen People out of Bondage (Egypt) Don’t Go back there please!
God’s Basic is taking a handicap disabled 33 year old women whose legs were broken at 4 days old in a body cast for 1 year, no filling , said I wouldn’t walk, couldn’t have kids, wouldn’t make it out of Highschool and saying I am going to heal you. You will walk and run all for my (his) glorify! And taking her from 2 crutches to 1 no leg braces more filling in different areas to walking with a cane & he’s not done! Don’t get it twisted this is a Faith Walk.
God’s Basic is taking 5 loaves and 2 fishes and feeding a multitude of people (just wit that)
God’s Basic is turning water into wine
Gods Basic is saying “Lazarus Come Forth”
So don’t tell me it’s impossible to keep it a “G” when riding for Christ! That you have to sell your soul to the devil. That you need all the worldly extras and
Propha-Lies to serve Christ! Don’t be deceived-things the devil can’t even give you!!! Here, for the ones who don’t believe it in the back!!!
